The whole experience was wonderful, no complains at all, recommend. Thoroughly enjoyed how high quality the property was. The staff has always been extremely friendly and excellent, and the facilities were great. Wonderful and beautiful location next stop was ok, exceeded high expectations.

Simply nothing too much trouble, great stay. Everything was great, good service, stunning location near to halal food, Parapat at 8:30, and a bay with an amazing view over Lake Toba, Samosir, and the mainland. Rooms were compact and bed was extremely comfy, staff were excellent. Free parking on-site provided. Not to mention good wifi!

The bedroom was beautiful and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was wonderful to have a work desk, a multi-channel television, and a seating area. the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short distance from Toba Village Inn and right by Lake Toba.

The stay here was fantastic, appreciated the hotel. It was fairly clean with a stunning location a short walk to the main harbor. - the staff was absolutely amazing and lovely. - the service was helpful, they shared some useful information.

Amazing staff, even helped my elderly parents with a smile. This place has it all: free Wi-Fi, parking, restaurant, massage, laundry. The pool is great. Love the beach access. No pets. A/C. Non-smoking. I keep coming back for a romantic escape. So worth it!

This place is pretty tidy and located in a lovely building with a restaurant by the lake 🌊.

Mind-blowing location just 5 minutes from the jetty, with drop-off at the pier. Superior and deluxe rooms with spacious bathrooms and traditional mosquito nets. Cool nights with fans and breathtaking morning views. Friendly and capable staff, with a Belgian owner who provided a lift to the main harbour. Cozy and comfortable inn with delicious and generous breakfast. Helpful and kind staff who arranged transportation and catered to vegetarian requests. Spacious rooms, great restaurant, free wi-fi, parking, luggage storage, paid airport shuttle.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our new year stay. They offered a delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and a choice of hot meals. The location was perfect, close to the ferry and easy to reach the touristic spots. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden and relaxed atmosphere.

Our sleep was disturbed by the noise of a disco nearby every night which lasted until 2 am. We also found some issues with the amenities as there were no hairdryers in the rooms and the TV wasn't functioning properly.
